How do you Market your properties?
We advertise our properties here on our booking website; also listing our properties on other 3rd party short term rental sites.
Who are your typical guests, and how long do they usually stay for?
Our guests are primarily travelling professionals, people travelling for leisure, or corporate stays. Our stays range from one night to six months, with an average stay of three nights.
All guests are screened thoroughly.
Does the company have a cleaning team?
After each stay, our professional cleaning team will clean and inspect each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request.
With this cleaning schedule, apartments stay in perfect condition all year round.
